Deine Rolle
Als Senior Consultant im Bereich Digital Workplace Services (DWS) übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der strategischen Beratung und Umsetzung moderner Arbeitsplatzlösungen für unsere Kunden. Du agierst als vertrauensvoller Ansprechpartner für Management und Fachbereiche, führst komplexe Projekte und prägst mit deiner Expertise die Weiterentwicklung unserer Kundenlandschaften.
 

Deine Aufgaben:

• Strategische Beratung von Kunden bei der Modernisierung ihrer Digital-Workplace-Umgebungen

• Entwicklung von Zielbildern, Roadmaps und Transformationsstrategien für den modernen Arbeitsplatz

• Leitung und Steuerung komplexer Digital-Workplace-Projekte inkl. Budget- und Ressourcenverantwortung

• Verantwortung für die Integration und Optimierung von Technologien wie Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, Endpoint Management, Security & Compliance und Digital Experience Management

• Konzeption und Durchführung von Workshops auf Management- und Anwender-Ebene

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden beim Change- und Adoption-Management zur nachhaltigen Einführung neuer Lösungen

• Aktive Unterstützung der Geschäftsentwicklung durch Angebotserstellung, Pre-Sales-Workshops und Thought Leadership

• Mentoring und Coaching von Junior-Consultants im Team

Who You Are

Das bringst Du mit:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in IT-Beratung oder Digital Workplace Services

• Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Technologien (z. B. M365, Intune, Teams, Security & Compliance, Endpoint-Management)

• Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte, idealerweise mit Zertifizierungen im Projektmanagement (z. B. PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum)

• Stark ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf Management-Level

• Unternehmerisches Denken und Fähigkeit, Geschäftsmöglichkeiten aktiv zu identifizieren und umzusetzen

• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
