Join our team as a
Operations Officer Oceanfreight Export(m/f/d)
and take responsibility for managing international and domestic sea freight shipments from A to Z. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment with plenty of autonomy, we'd love to meet you.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handling of sea freight shipments (LCL / FCL) – from order receipt to invoicing
  • Customer, supplier, and partner data management in the forwarding system
  • Documentation and customs clearance
  • Transport organization: pre-carriage, main carriage, on-carriage
  • Cost control and claim handling
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial education – ideally in freight forwarding or logistics
  • Excellent command of German and good to very good English skills (spoken & written)
  • Confident in using MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Reliable, communicative, and customer-oriented
  • Comfortable working in an international environment
