TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER (D/M/W)Your tasks:
Processing and recording technical helicopter incidents and malfunctions, analysing and classifying them
- Collaborating on the development and implementation of complex technical solutions for fleet-wide issues in cooperation with various stakeholders (development, suppliers, quality assurance, programme support office)
- Technical support to maintain the airworthiness of helicopters
- Collaboration in the development of technical optimisations and improvement potential, taking into account customer and customer centre experience reports
- Processing of enquiries regarding technical documentation and support of the documentation team in the creation of manuals (e.g. Aircraft Maintenance Manual, Master Servicing Manual) and service bulletins
- Collaboration in the assessment and evaluation of damage that has occurred and the creation of repair solutions (Repair Design Approval Sheet RDAS)
- Preparation of technical reports for components/parts based on investigations at suppliers and customers due to special incidents
- Collaboration in the preparation of quotations and company presentations
- Assumption of functional and/or project-related tasks in projects (e.g. technical project planning, topic responsibility)
- Presentation of work results
Your qualifications:
The job requires knowledge and skills that are usually acquired through a relevant degree programme lasting up to four years in aerospace engineering, engineering sciences, mechanical engineering or comparable courses of study, and related additional specialist qualifications. The overall knowledge and experience required may have been acquired in other ways.
- Knowledge and experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility.
- Experience in customer support.
- Knowledge and experience in the application of aviation regulations.
- Knowledge of general helicopter technology, operation and maintenance.
- High responsiveness, customer focus and teamwork are essential components of the implementation of the above tasks
- Very good German and English skills (spoken/written)
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
