Für unseren Store in Berlin Mitte suchen wir eine leidenschaftliche, selbstbewusste und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit, die unser Store-Team als Senior Sales Assistant / Teamleiter*in bereichert und in Abwesenheit der Store-Leitung Verantwortung übernimmt.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Du bietest jederzeit ein herausragendes Kundenerlebnis und sorgst dafür, dass sich unsere Kund*innen willkommen und verstanden fühlen
  • Du erreichst und übertriffst Verkaufsziele durch aktiven Verkauf und Beratung
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für tägliche Store-Aufgaben wie Warenannahme, Lagerpflege, Kassenvorgänge, Inventur und Warenpräsentation
  • Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsrichtlinien im Store
  • Du übernimmst in Abwesenheit der Store-Leitung temporär Führungsverantwortung (inkl. Öffnen/Schließen des Stores, Tagesgeschäft)
  • Du bearbeitest komplexe Kundenanliegen eigenständig und lösungsorientiert
  • Du unterstützt das Führungsteam bei der Einarbeitung, Motivation und dem Coaching neuer Teammitglieder
  • Du packst dort mit an, wo du gebraucht wirst – ganz im Sinne des Teamspirits

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit Schlüsselverantwortung (z. B. Key Holder), idealerweise im Einzelhandel einer Mode- oder Lifestyle-Marke
  • Du bringst ein gutes Gespür für erstklassige Kundenberatung mit – und Spaß daran, Menschen für unsere Produkte zu begeistern
  • Du arbeitest zielorientiert, mit einer starken Verkaufs- und Service-Mentalität
  • Du verfügst über ein grundlegendes Verständnis für Teamführung und weißt, wie du andere motivieren kannst
  • Du trittst professionell, sicher und authentisch auf – dabei bleibst du immer du selbst
