For our Frankfurt Office we are looking for Intern in General Affairs (m/f/d) to strengthen our team as quickly as possible (6 Months period).

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly office supply order
  • General office management tasks
  • Act as ontact point with vendors (e.g. offer inquiry, issue report etc.)
  • Offer comparison and documentation in MS Excel
  • Assist with employee requests
  • Support work for Teammates
  • Attend meetings and make protocol
  • Writing Announcements on Teams or Email
  • Assist invoice booking
  • Support event planning

Experience Requirements / Competencies:

  • Safe handling of MS Office programs
  • Business fluency in Korean, and English or German language
  • Customer and service-oriented mindset
  • Structured, self-dependent, solution-oriented and precise way of working
