Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams im Commercial Order Support VMS
  • Verantwortlich für den Umsatz und Ertrag von Serviceaufträgen wie auch unterstützende Funktion bei großen Kundenprogrammen
  • Weiterentwicklung des Teams und der Prozesse
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit internen und externen Schnittstellen sowie Kunden
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten kaufmännischen und technischen Abwicklung für Neu- und Serviceaufträge MRO sowie das Ersatzteilgeschäft im internationalen Umfeld
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Exportvorschriften, Vertragsbedingungen und technischen Standards
  • Erstellung und Durchführung des Reportings und Controllings hinsichtlich der gesamten kaufmännischen Auftragsabwicklung

Ihr Profil

  • Qualifikation: abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium aus den Bereichen Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung: langjährige, fachspezifische Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung aus dem Maschinenbau-, Technologie- oder MRO-Umfeld, erste Führungserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse: praktische Kenntnisse im Umgang mit KPIs, Reporting und Prozessmanagement, grundlegendes Verständnis für Vertragsrecht, Exportvorschriften wie auch (techn.) Dokumentationsprozesse; fundierte ERP-Kenntnisse (z.B. SAP)
  • Soft Skills: hohe Kundenorientierung, Dialogfähigkeit sowie ein ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
