About The Role
Are you a German speaker looking for a stable remote job while living in Greece?

Join an international customer service team supporting a well-known global project. This is a remote customer support role, allowing you to work from anywhere in Greece while being part of a multicultural, fast-growing environment focused on quality, customer experience, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in German
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Follow internal processes, tools, and quality guidelines
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary

Requirements

  • German level B2+ (spoken and written)
  • English level B1 or higher (for internal communication)
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely from Greece
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
