Zur weiteren Verstärkung unseres IT-Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt – entweder am Standort Gerstungen oder an unserem Stammsitz Ober-Ramstadt oder alternativ an einem anderen DAW-Standort in Deutschland – einen

IT Project Portfolio Manager*

In dieser Rolle ist Homeoffice und mobiles Arbeiten innerhalb Deutschlands an insgesamt 9 Tagen/Monat möglich (auf Basis einer Vollzeittätigkeit).

Das erwartet dich:

  • Datenqualitätsmanagement: Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität im PPM-System, insbesondere bei den Projektdaten und in der Ressourcenplanung.​

  • Unterstützung der Ressourcenplanung: Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Verwaltung von Ressourcen, um sicherzustellen, dass für Projekte die erforderlichen Kapazitäten und Kompetenzen für eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung zur Verfügung stehen.​

  • Kapazitätscontrolling: Bewertung der Verfügbarkeit und Leistungsfähigkeit von Ressourcen zur Abdeckung von Projektanforderungen, Priorisierung von Projekten auf Basis von Kapazitätsengpässen und Sicherstellung des effektiven Ressourceneinsatzes zur Erreichung strategischer Ziele​

  • Reporting: Erstellung und Bereitstellung von Auswertungen zu gebuchten Zeiten für das Controlling und den IT-Managementkreis zur fundierten Entscheidungsfindung.​

  • Schulung: Einarbeitung neuer IT-Teammitglieder, Vermittlung von Prozessen, Tools und Erwartungshaltungen innerhalb des Bereichs.​

  • Demand Supporting: Bei Beauftragung Unterstützung bei neuen IT-Anforderungen, Unterstützung der Anforderungsanalyse und Zuordnung neuer Anforderungen im PPM-System.​

  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Anforderungen: Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen im PPM, Sicherstellung der Ausrichtung an organisatorischen Zielen und Prozessen.​

  • Statusmeetings: Durchführung von Statusmeetings mit Bereichsleitungen zur Erörterung von Projekten, Klärung von Problemen und Sicherstellung der Ausrichtung an strategischen Zielen.​

  • Projektdurchführung: Durchführung von Projekten nach Bedarf, Sicherstellung der termin-, umfangs- und budgetgerechten Umsetzung

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in IT-Strategiepositionen mit Bezug zu den oben aufgeführten Kernthemen dieser Rolle.​

  • Idealerweise verfügst du über Zertifikate aus den Bereichen ITIL, COBIT oder vergleichbaren Themenfeldern.

  • Deine strategischen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten sind stark ausgeprägt. 

  • Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (für die internationale Zusammenarbeit).
