Deine Aufgaben
Social Media & Community

  • Du entwickelst unsere Social-Media-Strategie weiter – mit Fokus auf LinkedIn.
  • Du baust eine aktive Community auf, förderst Dialog und Engagement und positionierst uns als Thought Leader in der B2B-Tech-Welt.
  • Du planst, erstellst und analysierst Content-Formate, die Reichweite und Relevanz schaffen.

Content & Kommunikation

  • Du konzipierst und produzierst Inhalte für Social Media, Website, Newsletter und Events – von Texten über Visuals bis zu kurzen Videos.
  • Du übersetzt komplexe Themen in klare, ansprechende Botschaften, die unsere Zielgruppen begeistern.
  • Du stellst eine konsistente Markenstimme über alle Touchpoints hinweg sicher.

Strategische Kommunikation

  • Du unterstützt bei Präsentationen, Webinaren, Keynotes und interner Kommunikation – mit Fokus auf klare, überzeugende Storylines.
  • Du entwickelst unsere Success Stories weiter und platzierst sie gezielt in Fachmedien, Plattformen und Podcasts.

Projektmanagement

  • Du steuerst Kommunikationsprojekte von Idee bis Umsetzung, behältst Timings, Budgets und Ressourcen im Blick.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing, Sales und Product zusammen – und bringst alle auf eine kommunikative Linie.

Deine Skills

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Marketing oder SaaS-Marketing
  • Ausgeprägte Schreib- und Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sicherer Umgang mit LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot und Adobe Creative Cloud (v. a. InDesign)
  • Erfahrung in Performance-Analyse und datengetriebener Kampagnensteuerung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit exzellentem Zeitmanagement
  • Hands-on-Mentalität – du denkst strategisch und packst operativ mit an
  • Bonus: Erfahrung in PR und Medienarbeit
