DEINE MISSION BEI UNS

Als Head of Technology ERP & Billing (m/w/d) bist du ein zentraler Teil unseres Leadership-Teams und arbeitest eng mit anderen Führungskräften zusammen, um Strukturen, Arbeitsweisen und die technologische Ausrichtung unserer Product Unit nachhaltig zu gestalten.
Deine Mission: Entwickle eine zukunftsorientierte technologische Vision, schaffe skalierbare Architekturen und trage entscheidend dazu bei, dass unsere Produktstrategie Wirklichkeit wird. Gemeinsam mit deinem Leadership-Team formst du eine agile, innovative und kundenzentrierte Product Unit, die durch kollaborative Führung echte Wirkung erzielt und die digitale Zukunft aktiv gestaltet.

  • Technologische Vision & Architektur: Entwicklung einer skalierbaren, zukunftsorientierten Technologie- und Architekturstrategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktentwicklungsteams.

  • Engineering Excellence: Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines modernen Software-Development-Lifecycles inkl. DevOps-, CI/CD- und Qualitätsstandards zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Lieferfähigkeit.

  • Komplexes Technical Decision-Making: Steuerung der Lösungsfindung bei anspruchsvollen technologischen Herausforderungen sowie Initiierung und Moderation von Expertengremien.

  • Agile Organisations- & Teamentwicklung: Enablement cross-funktionaler, agiler Teams durch Coaching, Kompetenzaufbau und etablierte Best Practices.

  • Leadership & Transformation: Aktive Gestaltung der Product-Unit-Transformation, Brückenbau zwischen Disziplinen und Förderung einer innovations- und kundenorientierten Engineering-Kultur.



DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Senior Technology Leadership: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Softwarearchitektur sowie in der Führung von (agilen) Produktentwicklungsteams in komplexen technologischen Umgebungen.

  • Architektur- & Plattformkompetenz: Tiefes Verständnis moderner Softwarearchitekturen, Skalierungstechnologien, Cloud-Plattformen sowie DevOps- und CI/CD-Praktiken.

  • Analytische & methodische Stärke: Fähigkeit, komplexe technologische Problemstellungen strukturiert zu analysieren, klare Entscheidungen zu treffen und Transparenz im Engineering-Prozess zu schaffen.

  • People Leadership & Collaboration: Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Coaching- und Kommunikationskompetenz; Talent, Teams zu befähigen und cross-funktional wirksam zusammenzuführen.

  • Arbeitsweise & Mobilität: Remote-geübte Führungspersönlichkeit mit strategischer Denke, Innovationsdrang und regelmäßiger Reisebereitschaft zum Standort Greven.
