  • Du verantwortest einzelne Phasen des M&A-Prozesses mit direktem Kontakt zu unseren Kund:innen
  • Du erstellst und strukturierst Investment Memoranden
  • Du nimmst Unternehmensbewertungen anhand relevanter Methoden vor
  • Du wertest die relevanten Treiber in spezifischen Sektoren aus und erstellst Branchen-/Sektor-Analysen
  • Du bringst Dich mit Deiner Persönlichkeit in unser Team ein und mit Deinen Fachkenntnissen unsere Junior Analysten voran

Wir suchen...

  • Ein mit "sehr gut" abgeschlossenes Studium (mit dem Schwerpunkt Finance,Accounting o.A.)
  • Drei bis fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Investment Banking / Transaction Services / Accounting / Strategie-Beratung
  • Überragende analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten (fließend in Deutsch und Englisch)
  • Souveräner Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Sympathische Persönlichkeit mit Stärken und Schwächen, die Teamarbeit schätzt
