- Du verantwortest einzelne Phasen des M&A-Prozesses mit direktem Kontakt zu unseren Kund:innen
- Du erstellst und strukturierst Investment Memoranden
- Du nimmst Unternehmensbewertungen anhand relevanter Methoden vor
- Du wertest die relevanten Treiber in spezifischen Sektoren aus und erstellst Branchen-/Sektor-Analysen
- Du bringst Dich mit Deiner Persönlichkeit in unser Team ein und mit Deinen Fachkenntnissen unsere Junior Analysten voran

- Ein mit "sehr gut" abgeschlossenes Studium (mit dem Schwerpunkt Finance,Accounting o.A.)
- Drei bis fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Investment Banking / Transaction Services / Accounting / Strategie-Beratung
- Überragende analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten (fließend in Deutsch und Englisch)
- Souveräner Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Sympathische Persönlichkeit mit Stärken und Schwächen, die Teamarbeit schätzt
