Job Zusammenfassung

Wir sind ein Team von zwei HR-Kolleginnen, das vier Niederlassungen in Deutschland und eine in Polen betreut – und freuen uns auf neue Unterstützung in Hamburg.

Wenn du praxisnahe Erfahrungen im Bereich Human Resources sammeln, unser Team aktiv unterstützen und etwa 20 Stunden pro Woche arbeiten möchtest, bist du bei uns genau richtig Gestalte mit uns die täglichen HR-Aufgaben effizient und werde Teil unseres engagierten Teams.

Deine Aufgaben


•    Unterstützung des HR-Teams im Tagesgeschäft und bei Projekten (zB Recruiting, Abwesenheitsmanagement, M&A, Trainings)

•    Support der Koordination bei Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozessen inkl. Kommunikation mit den Bewerber:innen und mit der Fachabteilung

•    Alle HR-Dokumente im Blick: Erstellung, Pflege und übersichtliche Organisation für reibungslose Abläufe

Dein Profil


•    Du studierst idealerweise in einem HR-nahen Bereich, z. B. Psychologie, Pädagogik oder Sozialwissenschaften, BWL und möchtest dein Wissen praktisch anwenden

•    Du bringst sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit

•    Teamplayer:in mit kreativen Ideen und ausgeprägter Eigeninitiative

•    Organisiert, zuverlässig und belastbar, mit Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen

•    Präzises Arbeiten mit Blick fürs Detail, um Projekte termingerecht und in bester Qualität umzusetzen
