CHARACTER AND QUALIFICATION
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im (Multi-)Projektmanagement, idealerweise im SaaS- oder Beratungsumfeld
  • Strukturierte und Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung
  • Ausstrahlung von Souveränität und Entschlossenheit bei sicherer Orientierung in unterschiedlichen Hierarchien und Unternehmensumfeldern.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools (z.B. Click-Up, Jira, Confluence)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering oder technischem Projektmanagement

CHALLENGE AND PERSPECTIVE
  • Du steuerst parallel laufende Implementierungs-Projekte von der Initiierung bis zum Projektabschluss und der Übergabe in den Customer Success Prozess.
  • Du agierst als Hauptansprechpartner:in und Koordinator:in an der Schnittstelle von deutsch- und englischsprachigen Kunden, internen Fachbereichen und externen Implementierungspartnern.
  • Du planst Projekte, behältst Zeit, Budget und Meilensteine im Blick und berichtest regelmäßig den Fortschritt.
  • Du identifizierst, bewertest und kommunizierst Projektrisiken und Abhängigkeiten mit dem Ziel diese proaktiv zu verhindern oder zu lösen.
  • Du stellst durch ein strukturiertes Lessons-Learned-Management die konsequente Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung von Best Practices sicher.
  • Du wirkst idealerweise im Requirements Engineering aktiv mit und um komplexe Kundenanforderung aus Projektmanagementsicht in umsetzbare Spezifikationen zu übersetzen.
