Cluster Revenue Manager

Your mission

In this role, you will oversee a selection of our hotels in Belgium and the Netherlands and take responsibility for a forward-looking, performance-driven rate and revenue strategy. You will analyse market and demand trends, translate them into clear actions, and ensure that your hotels are consistently positioned at their best within the market.

Tasks


•    Defining, implementing, and monitoring strategies per segment


•    Daily monitoring pricing and restrictions


•    Optimization of RevPar and total revenue


•    Monitoring and analyzing competitors


•    Regular yield and strategy meetings


•    Maintaining reservation systems and tools


•    Creating reports


•    Working closely with all departments


•    Creating monthly room forecasts and annual room budgets (in cooperation with hotel directors)

Your profile


•    At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the hotel industry


•    Professional experience in an international hotel chain preferred


•    Very good numerical skills and analytical abilities


•    Business fluent German and English skills, any additional languages are an advantage
