In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit unserer Director People & Culture zusammen. Du bist Sparringspartner:in für unsere Führungskräfte, vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Gestalter:in von zukunftsorientierten HR-Strukturen in einem internationalen Agenturumfeld. Dein Fokus: Employee Experience, moderne HR-Governance und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Kultur – kombiniert mit sicherem Handling komplexer HR-Situationen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für alle HR-Prozesse entlang des Employee Life Cycle – vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding, mit Blick auf eine starke People Experience.
  • Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Director People & Culture – als echte:r Partner:in.Die Möglichkeit, People & Culture in einem internationalen Agenturumfeld aktiv zu gestalten
  • Beratung und Coaching von Führungskräften in Personal- und Feedbackthemen sowie Begleitung von Change-Prozessen.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von HR-Policies, Prozessen und Standards
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung von Initiativen, Leadership Enablement und Ethical Management zur Stärkung unserer Agenturkultur.
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Systeme und Optimierung digitaler Workflows.
  • Sicherstellung rechtssicherer HR-Prozesse, inklusive Vertragswesen, Anpassungen und Trennungsprozessen

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Senior-HR-Rolle oder als HR Business Partner.
  • Kombination aus strategischem Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und Souveränität – auch in herausfordernden Situationen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeitsrecht und Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen HR-Sachverhalten.
  • Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und die Fähigkeit, HR-Entscheidungen im Einklang mit Unternehmenszielen zu treffen.
  • Proaktive Arbeitsweise und ein Gespür für nachhaltige Lösungen.
  • Versiert im Umgang mit HR-Tools.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
