Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role
  • Advise departments and regional teams on effectively utilizing internal communication channels and align activities across various platforms to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Provide support for editors and end-users, promote intranet usage through troubleshooting, and organize knowledge-sharing activities to foster employee engagement
  • Monitor the effectiveness of internal communication processes, pursue continual improvement, and evaluate options for automation and AI integration
  • Contribute to developing and implementing a forward-looking internal communication strategy using AI technologies, mobile applications, and digital innovation
  • Work with IT and cross-functional teams to define and roll out advanced features for a future-ready intranet platform, leveraging feedback from users
  • Participate in user research initiatives, coordinate pilot programs, conduct user acceptance testing, and guide design updates for intranet solutions
  • Assist in tracking project milestones, measuring key performance indicators, and ensuring intranet innovation aligns with evolving digital workplace technology

Are you passionate about transforming workplace communication with innovative technology? Do you excel at implementing AI-driven solutions and optimizing intranet workflows? We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Staff Specialist
to join our Intranet Core Team and play a pivotal role in advancing our global internal communication strategy.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in communications, IT, business, or related fields, with 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in corporate or agency settings
  • Demonstrated expertise in internal communications, intranet management, digital workplace solutions, and AI technologies in business communication
  • Demonstrated experience with intranet platforms, workflow automation, content management systems, and employee engagement tools
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business communication
  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and multitasking skills, with proficiency in M365 and openness to adopting new digital tools
  • Advanced communication skills in English, coupled with creativity and the ability to deliver high-quality, structured, and results-oriented work
  • Professional, service-focused, and detail-oriented approach, with a strong commitment to achieving results
