This position helps prepare the way for the work of salvation and exaltation by providing essential gospel teachings, resources, and services to God's children. Under the direction of the Inventory Manager, the incumbent implements plans developed by the Product Manager to meet the needs of sponsoring departments. The incumbent efficiently manages the distribution of a specified group of products to Distribution Centres, Retail Stores, Church Units and members. This position may also act as an expeditor to provide direct oversight of the distribution of new items or special project items.

Responsibilities

  • Analyses SKU unit sales, vendor lead times, and inventory levels to set re-order points and maintain inventory levels

  • Maintains the Master File records, identifies re-order points, prepares re-order requisitions and makes inventory adjustments

  • Coordinates with Make and Source to schedule the manufacture or purchase of products in a timely manner

  • Expedites the processing of inventory items on backorder

  • Performs inventory adjustments as needed

  • Manages invoice processing and logging

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Accounting, or other business-related field, and 2 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

- Ability to learn Dynamics 365 application and other applicable supply chain systems

- Communication and customer service skills

- Ability to establish priorities and work under pressure within established deadlines

- A Green Certification level in Lean, Six Sigma, and the Theory of Constraints preferred

- High command of the English language is required. Proficiency in an additional European language is preferred
