Your Future Field of Action

Our CTO (Chief Technology Officer) department ensures that everything runs smoothly and safely at our international production sites. It is also responsible for the planning, construction and further development of our production facilities.

The Reaction Technology, Kinetics & Thermodynamics team deals with the analysis of reaction systems through to the development and process engineering design of reaction apparatus. It supports Covestro in product and process development as well as in the areas of plant engineering and production.

As part of projects, we offer committed students the opportunity to gain practical experience and apply the specialist knowledge they have acquired during their studies.

In addition to our wide range of benefits, you can expect an attractive salary of €2,100 gross/month for a full-time position. 

These Tasks Await You

• During your internship, you will support our activities in the field of circular economy

• You will work on exciting and future-oriented tasks in the field of reaction technology

• During your internship, you will plan and carry out process engineering experiments

• You will also be responsible for evaluating and interpreting the data obtained and writing test reports

• You will work in a multidisciplinary team and gain insights into the processes of industrial research and development

This Makes You Our Perfect Match

• You are currently enrolled in an (advanced Bachelor's or) Master's degree program in chemistry, process engineering, chemical engineering or a related field of study

• You have solid specialist knowledge in the respective field of study as well as a quick grasp of things

• Initial laboratory experience in the field of technical chemistry is desirable

• You have a high willingness to learn, enjoy working in a team and are committed and motivated

• You can round off your profile with good written and spoken German and English skills
