What awaits you at Mynaric
  • Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve our QMS ensuring adherence to ISO 9001.
  • Coordinate internal audits from planning to follow-up in collaboration with the lead auditor.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to drive ongoing quality improvements.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote quality awareness and communicate quality principles across the organization.
  • Support teams by representing quality standards and providing documentation and digital tool assistance (e.g., Jira).
  • Oversee calibration and maintenance management processes.
  • Contribute to operational improvement projects, including MRB reduction, Problem Solving, NC reduction, Downgraded Material and Inventory Management.
What you bring with you
  • You have a technical vocational training or engineering /scientific degree or similar.
  • A minimum of 2 years professional experience in a similar position.
  • Sound knowledge and experience in the application of quality standards (especially ISO 9001)
  • Independent, precise, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working. You are familiar with common quality tools and problem-solving methods e.g. FMEA, Ishikawa.
  • Very good communication skills combined with a solid command of written and spoken English are essential, German is an asset.
  • SAP and Jira knowledge would be advantageous.
