About the Role
We're looking for an Account Executive, Enterprise who will be responsible for generating new business pipeline and expansion and closing new customers in the Enterprise segment (Top Accounts in Germany). This includes identifying specific projects where Fivetran can add value.
This is a full-time, remote position based out of Germany.
What You'll Do
Generate new business qualified opportunities by working with Tech Partners, SI Partners, XDRs, going direct outbound on named accounts in territoryActively pitch the value proposition of Fivetran's Database replication capabilities along with the Fivetran platform at-largeManage day sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and departments to land in an enterprise organizationNegotiate responsible deals and manage the procurement process with legal, deal desk, and deal championsDevelop trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and senior decision makers at large organizations who will evangelize Fivetran throughout their companyAs part of our commitment to setting new hires up for success, all new sales team members attend a one-week, in person Revenue Bootcamp during their second week at Fivetran. This bootcamp, held at one of our designated company locations, requires travel and is a mandatory part of the onboarding process.
Skills We're Looking For
A minimum of 8 years' experience in new business sales, demonstrating a track record of success in selling to enterprise-level organizationsHave the vision to succeedPlan the vision by a strategy through territory and account planningDrive pipeline generation with ecosystemLand customers as soon as possibleSell services to help offload onboardingProficient in sales within the Data industryCapable of effectively utilising both inside and outside sales approaches to secure dealsDemonstrated proficiency in generating new business-qualified opportunities across diverse channels#LI-LA1
