Product: Financing platform for renewable energy installers (B2B2C)
Sales org: 10–12 people
SDR team (outbound), Partner Managers, Account Executives, Enablement
AM team scaling: 12 hires planned for 2026 (roughly 1/month)
Manages partners after contract signing (cooperation contracts)
High-touch activation role: daily or weekly communication with installers
Expands account usage from 1–2 users to full organizational adoption
Travels to clients 1–2× per month across Germany
Focus on installers (solar, heat pumps, renewables)
Proactively hunts within existing accounts → drives usage & revenue
Must balance onboarding, training, on-site visits, activation, and farming
Works with both Tier 1 (large) installers and long-tail electricians
Combine hunting + farming + onboarding in one role → unique skill-building
8× company growth in 2025, 4–5× planned for 2026
Series A (~€20M) just closed; hypergrowth ahead
Clear pathway to leadership roles due to org expansion
Annual offsites (South Africa, Portugal, Crete)
