advertising performance, data analytics, and candidate experience
into one seamless funnel. You'll play a key role in transforming how we hire at scale — improving quality, speed, and efficiency across our
Field Sales EU
hiring, one of SumUp's highest-impact growth areas.

role: you'll be the architect of a new performance discipline within TA — a builder, problem-solver, and thought partner for both People and Marketing.

What You'll Do

• Funnel Integration & Candidate Journey: Transform how candidates discover and join SumUp by integrating ads, the careers site, and ATS data into a single, insight-led journey that optimises for quality hires rather than impressions or clicks. Eliminate conversion bottlenecks across the candidate funnel by building, testing, and refining landing experiences that reduce drop-off and ensure candidates move seamlessly from awareness to application.
• Performance Measurement & Decision Intelligence: Enable smarter media investment decisions by designing and implementing tracking and attribution systems that connect ad spend directly to hiring outcomes and cost-per-hire efficiency.
• Empower Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams with actionable insights through unified dashboards that visualise campaign performance, conversion health, and hiring velocity — enabling data-led decisions at speed.
• Continuously optimise ROI by reallocating budgets weekly toward channels proven to drive high-quality candidate pipelines, ensuring every euro spent delivers measurable hiring impact.
• Scalability & Operational Excellence: Establish a repeatable performance marketing framework — including playbooks, benchmarks, and standard operating procedures — to scale best practices across markets and hiring segments

You'll Be Great for This Role If

• You have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or data-driven recruitment

• You're hands-on with LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and job board campaigns

• You know how to track and optimise performance using GTM, GA4, UTMs, and ATS analytics

• You've built or improved conversion funnels or landing pages through testing and iteration

• You communicate clearly, align cross-functional stakeholders, and enjoy a fast-moving, experimental environment
• You're curious, analytical, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
