Senior Business Analyst Data Analytics

This role provides an opportunity to lead data, analytics, and AI initiatives in a fast-paced, complex business environment. You will partner with business leaders and technical teams to drive data quality, advanced analytics, and AI adoption across multiple regions. The position involves shaping enterprise AI strategy, designing scalable data solutions, and ensuring measurable business outcomes from prototype to scale. You will act as a bridge between business opportunities and digital capabilities, translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver tangible impact. You will also foster a data-driven culture and enable self-service analytics across the organization.

Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of AI-powered tools, automation solutions, and analytics initiatives.

• Identify and prioritize high-value AI, advanced analytics, and data science use cases aligned with strategic business goals.

• Build ROI-based business cases, define success metrics, and track business impact from pilot through enterprise scale.

• Drive adoption of scalable data products and modern data platforms, retiring legacy systems where appropriate.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data readiness, governance, and compliance for AI initiatives.

• Execute AI and data literacy programs, build communities of practice, and foster a culture of innovation and responsible AI use.

• Continuously assess emerging AI technologies, evaluate partnerships, and pilot new solutions to accelerate deployment.

 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

• 10+ years in data and analytics leadership, digital product management, or applied AI roles in complex organizations.

• Proven track record delivering measurable business outcomes through AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, Python scripting, or workflow automation.

• Strong understanding of enterprise data systems (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, SAP, Salesforce) and governance principles.

• Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business-relevant narratives and use cases.

• Strong communication, influence, and change management skills; capable of aligning senior stakeholders.

• Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and fostering data literacy.

Preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, sales & operations planning, or operational analytics.

• Knowledge of modern cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake).

• Strong understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks.

• Effective collaboration across business and technical teams.
