What You Will Do
We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Data Analyst to deliver reporting and analytics that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and document robust data models and pipelines to support analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Marketing, Finance, Engineering etc.) to deliver actionable insights, KPIs and dashboards.
- Connecting business needs and data led opportunities.
- Lead exploratory data analysis and deep dives to support strategic decisions.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling way.
- Contribute to moving data culture forward, both stakeholder facing and team internally.
You will be great for this position if you have
- 4+ years of working experience in a Data Analytics or BI in a modern environment (ideally SaaS or eCommerce experience)
- Strong proficiency in SQL, solid experience with Python / R
- Experience in data modelling and BI-Tool experience, ideally PowerBi and understanding of underlying data architecture
- Experience adapting to different tech stacks and overcoming technical debt
- Collaborative approach to solving problems
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate C-Level and Stakeholder requests into addressable approaches
- Disgust for siloed data environments
- Strong understanding of process optimization and adherence to workflows and documentation
Nice to have
- Experience with tracking implementation
- Interest in modern data engineering practices
