DIES SIND IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Tägliches RFQ-/Preismanagement: Durchführung täglicher Preisanfragen für Ersatzteile und Services zur Sicherstellung wettbewerbsfähiger Preise und schneller Reaktionszeiten.
  • Strategieentwicklung: Erstellung und Umsetzung von Warengruppenstrategien für Aerostructure Customer Service zur Sicherung von Versorgung und Kostenoptimierung.
  • Sourcing & Ausschreibungen: Leitung von CFTs inkl. Bedarfsanalyse, Marktscouting, Verhandlung, Lieferantenauswahl und Vertragsabschluss für komplexe Komponenten und MRO-Services.
  • Vertrags- & Risikomanagement: End-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management unter Einhaltung von Compliance- und Risikovorgaben.
  • Lieferantenmanagement: Steuerung der täglichen Lieferantenbeziehungen, Performanceüberwachung und Optimierung von TCO und Risiken.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Etablierung standardisierter Einkaufsroutinen und enge Abstimmung mit Engineering, Supply Chain und Programmen.
  • Strategische Lieferantenentwicklung: Sicherstellung von Kapazitäten und technologischer Reife im Customer-Service-Umfeld.
  • Claim Management: Bearbeitung und Durchsetzung von Claims bei Vertragsabweichungen, Qualitätsmängeln oder Lieferverzögerungen.
  • Kostenoptimierung: Identifikation und Umsetzung von Kostenreduzierungen und Value-Engineering-Maßnahmen.

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, Lieferantenmanagement und/oder Vertragsmanagement
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und SAP
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
