The Product Design Guild at bonial is a close-knit group of 1 lead and 3 designers working hand in hand with product managers, developers, and operational teams to create meaningful and seamless experiences for millions of users in France and Germany. As a UI/UX Designer (f/m/x), you will help shape and evolve the kaufDA app from early discovery and prototyping to polished, production-ready designs. You will focus on creating intuitive, data-informed interfaces that make complex workflows simple and engaging. Working mainly in Figma, you will also contribute to our design system and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across platforms.

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for the kaufDA app in Figma
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into tested, user-centered solutions
• Build and maintain components within our design system to ensure visual and functional consistency
• Support product discovery by creating prototypes and participating in user research sessions
• Use data and user feedback to iterate and continuously improve the product experience
• Ensure smooth collaboration with developers and support accurate design implementation

Your profile:
* Proven experience in UI/UX design, ideally for web or app-based products, having successfully owned end-to-end design work and created intuitive, engaging user experiences
* Strong proficiency in Figma, including component creation and working within a design system
* Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate insights into intuitive solutions
* Experience collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders in an agile environment
* Excellent communication skills in English (level C1-C2) and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
