Zur weiteren Stärkung unseres Finance-Bereichs suchen wir dich als Financial Modeling Expert (m/w/d).
In dieser Schlüsselrolle entwickelst du anspruchsvolle Finanzmodelle, bewertest Business Cases und trägst so direkt zur strategischen und wirtschaftlichen Steuerung unserer Großbatteriespeicherprojekte bei. Du bist Sparringspartner für Management, Development und Trading – und stellst sicher, dass jede Entscheidung auf belastbaren wirtschaftlichen Grundlagen basiert.
- Entwicklung, Pflege und Optimierung von Finanzmodellen zur Bewertung von Projekten, Investments und M&A-Vorhaben (IRR, NPV, Cashflow-Analysen)
- Erstellung und Steuerung von Business Cases über alle Projektphasen hinweg – von der frühen Entwicklung bis zum operativen Betrieb
- Durchführung von Szenario- und Sensitivitätsanalysen, um finanzielle Auswirkungen strategischer Entscheidungen transparent zu machen
- Analyse von Capex-, Opex- und Erlösstrukturen sowie Identifikation zentraler Werttreiber
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams Development, Delivery, Finance und Trading bei wirtschaftlichen und strategischen Themen
- Unterstützung bei der mittel- und langfristigen Businessplanung sowie der Optimierung unserer Investitionsentscheidungsprozesse
- Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen und Management-Reportings auf Basis deiner Modellanalysen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Finanzwirtschaft, BWL, Wirtschaftsmathematik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Energiewirtschaft
- 2–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Financial Modelling, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking oder Consulting, idealerweise mit Energie- oder Infrastrukturbezug
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Investitions- und Finanzierungslogiken, Cashflow-Analysen und Bewertungsverfahren
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, Szenario- und Bewertungsmodellen; Kenntnisse in PowerBI, Python oder SQL von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Private-Equity- oder Finanzinvestoren wünschenswert
- Analytische Denkweise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenverantwortung
- Kommunikationsstark, teamorientiert und pragmatisch in der Umsetzung
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Mitarbeit in einem der spannendsten Wachstumsfelder der Energiewirtschaft
- Direkter Einfluss auf Investitionsentscheidungen und Projektsteuerung
- Gestaltungsfreiheit beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Bewertungsmodellen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit C-Level und funktionsübergreifenden Teams
