This position is limited until end of the winter semester 2026/27.

As regulated exchange and clearing house, EEX and ECC are built on efficient and robust internal rules and processes – from business operations and customer care to IT and corporate functions. To this end, our team at Process & Policy Management provides frameworks, solutions, and internal services to ensure the process foundation of our company is well-grounded and continuously improved.

Your tasks:
As a working student (f/m/d) supporting the Policy Management function, you will be instrumental in ensuring our processes remain compliant. Your primary responsibility will be to transfer "Written Rule" content into a newly updated template, ensuring meticulous alignment between the old and new versions so that all relevant subject matter is accurately captured. In addition, you will support the team with further tasks such as conducting content checks of documents and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives. Through this role, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Policy Management function. You will also develop the ability to effectively distinguish between different types of Written Rules Documents and learn how they are applied within the organization. You bring along:

  • Current studies in business administration, economics or international management and availability to work as a student with us until the end of winter semester 2026/27
  • Availability to work up to 20 hours per week and join the team working in the office in Leipzig on a regular basis
  • The ability to learn and process new information quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent Microsoft Word skills, particularly with formatting and styling documents
  • A keen eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong written communication skills in English
