Manager Tax

What we look for:You take ownership of tax, accounting, and compliance topics within the OMMAX Group.You lead and coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (and prospectively IFRS) for the entire group.You are responsible for consolidation and group reporting, including coordination with auditors and tax advisors.You oversee our international subsidiaries (UK, Italy, Netherlands) in all finance and accounting matters, ensuring that financial processes are accurate, compliant, and efficient across all entities.You establish and implement transfer pricing structures and manage intercompany reconciliations.You act as the first point of contact for tax-related matters at both national and international levels, in close collaboration with external experts.You ensure compliance and optimize the tax structure of the group in an international context.You provide hands-on accounting support, for example for SPVs or holding entities, including bookings and reconciliations.You further develop and digitalize financial processes, driving automation, reporting, and the use of Power BI.What we require:You hold a university degree with excellent grades in Business Administration, Tax Law, Accounting, or a related field.You bring 5+ years of experience in accounting and tax or a related area – ideally gained in a consulting environment or auditing firm – and have hands-on experience in supporting and managing tax audits.You have experience collaborating with private equity investors and banks, particularly in financial reporting and stakeholder communication.You are proficient in accounting software (preferably DATEV) and MS Office, especially Excel.You enjoy taking ownership and responsibility, bringing a natural can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset.You work independently, structured, and with attention to detail, while maintaining a high level of team orientation and collaboration.You are fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).What you can expect:Your impact is crucial: You actively shape the digital future in a highly motivated & smart team in direct cooperation with the founders & partners, creating real added value by linking strategy and implementation.Your hard work pays off You benefit from attractive salary packages, participation in sales success and exclusive investment opportunities.
