Manager Product Strategy & Market Development
denken Sie unsere journalistischen Produkte aus der Perspektive des Marktes, der Kunden und der Zukunft. Sie sind Owner des Angebots, nicht des Marketings: Sie verstehen unsere Leser, definieren unsere Märkte, formen unser Produktportfolio und entwickeln daraus klare, differenzierte Angebote. Kurz: Sie gestalten,
wie wir unser Produkt denken, entwickeln und präsentieren - und wie daraus Wachstum entsteht
.

Strategie & Produktentwicklung

  • Verantwortung für die strategische Weiterentwicklung der Briefings (Positionierung, Portfolio, Pricing,Packaging)
  • Entwicklung von Produktstrategien, Business Cases und neuen Formaten - von der Idee bis zum Go-to-Market
  • Ableitung von ValuePropositions, Zielgruppen und Differenzierungsstrategien auf Basis von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen

Marktanalyse & Business Intelligence

  • Aufbau eines Markt- und Wettbewerbs-Monitorings inkl. Zielgruppen-, Potenzial- und Trendanalysen
  • Übersetzung von Markt-Insights in konkrete Wachstums- und Produktstrategien

Go-to-Market & Business Enablement

  • Entwicklung von Go-to-Market-Strategien und Angebotsnarrativen in Zusammenarbeit mit Redaktion, Vertrieb und Marketing
  • Sparring für Sales und Marketing bei Storytelling,Packaging und Preislogik

Schnittstellen- & Projektverantwortung

  • Steuerung abteilungsübergreifender strategischer Initiativen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung
  • Aufbau eines dauerhaften Frameworks für Produktstrategie, Marktpositionierung und KPI-basiertes Reporting

Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Medienmanagement, Strategie oder vergleichbar
  • 4–6 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Business Development,Strategy, Consulting oder Product Marketing, idealerweise im SaaS- oder B2B-Kontext
  • Unternehmerisches Denken: Du kannst Marktlogiken modellieren, Business Cases entwickeln und finanzielle Zusammenhänge verstehen
  • Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten; sicherer Umgang mit Excel, BI, CRM & PowerPoint.
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen klar zu strukturieren, zu kommunizieren und in umsetzbare Strategien zu übersetzen
  • Erfahrung in Stakeholder-Management und interdisziplinärer Projektarbeit
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du bringst Dinge ins Laufen – mit Präzision und Umsetzungskraft
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2+)
