Wir suchen einen Business Analysten (w/m/d), der verantwortlich für die Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen, Daten und Systemen ist, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen und die Effizienz sowie Effektivität der Organisation zu steigern.

Worum geht es in der Stelle? 

Sie agieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Abteilungen im Bereich Marketing / Vertrieb und den Datenbereitstellern und unterstützen sowohl strategische als auch operative Entscheidungen durch datengestützte Erkenntnisse.

Welche Aufgaben werden Sie übernehmen?

  • Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen im Bereich Marketing/ Vertrieb – gemeinsam mit unseren Fachabteilungen
  • Erstellung von Business Cases, Reports und Dashboards auf Basis vielfältiger Datenquellen (z. B. BW, Salesforce, SAP)
  • Identifikation von Vertriebspotenzialen und Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern
  • Ableitung strategischer Implikationen aus Markt- und Branchentrends sowie Entwicklung und Monitoring relevanter KPIs
  • Unterstützung des Pricing Managers bei der Weiterentwicklung preisbezogener Prozesse und Analysetools sowie Übernahme der Vertretung

Was erwarten wir von Ihnen?

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – z. B. ein technisches Studium mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Data Analytics
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, logisches Denkvermögen und ein gutes Gespür für geschäftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß an der Teamarbeit gepaart mit Eigeninitiative
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Tools wie Excel, SAP oder Salesforce sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Datenanalyse und sind in der Lage, hochwertige statistische Auswertungen eigenständig durchzuführen.
