What does the role of Head of Aftersales Isuzu look like at our company?

As Head of Aftersales Isuzu, you will lead and develop the aftersales business across Germany, Austria, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee parts, accessories, service, and warranty operations, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, profitability and operational efficiency. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize aftersales processes, improve customer retention, and support overall business growth.

Highlights of your responsibilities:

1. Parts & Accessories (P&A)

• Develop and implement strategies to meet budget and optimize pricing.

• Improve delivery capabilities to boost customer and dealer satisfaction.

• Expand the accessories portfolio through supplier negotiations and market analysis.

2. Service & Warranty

• Create innovative service offerings to strengthen customer loyalty.

• Ensure smooth aftersales processes in line with OEM standards.

• Manage warranty claims, technical training, and service events.

3. Reporting & Controlling

• Lead success analyses of initiatives and monitor market pricing trends.

• Prepare detailed reports and track KPIs.

• Oversee internal control systems for business accuracy.

4. Warehousing 

• Manage external warehouse providers and coordinate inventories.

• Monitor stock levels and optimize inventory management.

• Ensure efficient logistics and warehouse processes.

5. P&L Management 

• Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Collaborate with finance to analyze results and validate data.

• Plan provision for annual financial reporting process.

6. Team Leadership & Development

• Foster a positive, collaborative and inclusive team culture aligned with Astara values.

• Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.

• Support team growth with feedback, coaching and development opportunities.

What we are looking for in you

• You have a Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience.

• You have a proven strong background in Aftersales – preferably within the automotive industry.

• Strong knowledge of P&L management, parts & accessories, and warranty processes.

• Excellent leadership, analytical skills, and a results-driven, proactive mindset.

• Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with customer-focused strategic thinking and a "can-do" persuasive attitude.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, with a 'can-do' attitude.
