FX Option Sales IN AMSTERDAM
This is a full-time on-site role for an FX Options Sales Account Manager located in AMSTERDAM.
The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction, managing client accounts, and addressing customer inquiries. Responsibilities also include identifying and generating leads, developing sales opportunities, and driving business growth within the FX options market. Effective collaboration with internal teams and staying updated on market trends are essential to succeed in this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Account Management and Customer Service, ensuring client needs are met and relationships are cultivated.
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and maintaining high client retention rates.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation with a track record of identifying and converting potential clients.
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas effectively and negotiate deals.
- Understanding of financial markets, particularly foreign exchange and options, is an asset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages, especially German, is an advantage.
