Dein Impact:

Als Steuerberater (m/w/d) bietest du Mandanten bei der spezialisierten Beratung im Bereich Business Process Solutions einen hohen Mehrwert – und trägst so zu nachhaltigen Entscheidungen und dem reibungslosen Ablauf der Unternehmensprozesse bei.

  • Hands-on-Einstieg: Du berätst und unterstützt Mandanten unterschiedlicher Rechtsformen in steuerlichen Fragestellungen rund um Einkommen und Ertrag sowie Lohnsteuern und Sozialversicherung.
  • Fachkompetenz: Bei der Erstellung handelsrechtlicher Jahresabschlüsse einschließlich Review und Überleitung von IFRS bringst du dich ein.
  • Erfahrung: Dein Know-How fließt in Erstellung und Review von Umsatz-, Gewerbe-, Einkommens- und Körperschaftsteuererklärungen, Steuerbilanzen und die Betreuung von Betriebsprüfungen.
  • Aufgabenvielfalt: Und du erstellst Angebote für sämtliche Leistungen des Teams einschließlich Buchführung, Gehaltsabrechnung und Reporting.
Dein Skillset:
  • Steuerberaterexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse bei der Jahresabschlusserstellung sowie idealerweise Lohnsteuer und Sozialversicherung
  • Erste Erfahrung bei der Führung von Mitarbeitern
  • Software DATEV Kenntnisse, ggf. ERP sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und sehr gute Kommunikations- und Interaktionsfähigkeit
  • Reisebereitschaft sowie Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
