Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Düsseldorf for a Business Process Automation Consultant. In this role, you will analyze, design, and implement automation solutions to enhance organizational workflows and efficiencies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, configure tools, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Additionally, you will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support and training for implemented solutions.

Qualifications

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate workflows and propose effective automation solutions.
  • Proficiency in automation tools and platforms, and experience in system integration and implementation.
  • Knowledge of business process modeling, improvement techniques, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with diverse teams and delivering technical explanations effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work on-site and collaborate in team-oriented environments.
  • A background in fields like IT, Engineering, or Business Development is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
