Aufgaben

Zur Verstärkung unseres OHS - Teams in Berlin suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Lead (m/f/d) Health & Safety.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Sicherheitsprozessen auf strategischer und operativer Ebene für Einrichtungen und Büros
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Managementsystemen und Programmen für Gesundheit und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz
  • Teilnahme an OHS-Audits und Verifizierungsaktivitäten
  • Leitung der Untersuchung von Vorfällen und Unfällen sowie der OHS-Risikobewertung
  • Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung von OHS-Vorschriften
  • Durchführung von Schulungsprogrammen für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte
  • Durchführung von Sicherheitsinspektionen und Bewertungen der Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Brandschutz- und Erste-Hilfe-Maßnahmen in Einrichtungen und Büros
  • Sicherstellung des Berichtswesens und Führung der relevanten Arbeitsschutzdokumentation
Qualifikation
  • Einschlägige Qualifikation als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheit
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz, vorzugsweise in der Logistik, Automobilindustrie oder einem ähnlichen industriellen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, Russischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Koordinations- und Organisationstalent
