UX/UI Designer

Your challenge

As a
UI/UX Designer (all genders)
at
Hubject
you will translate complex B2B workflows and technical requirements into intuitive, user-friendly product experiences. The challenge is to balance strong UX thinking — mapping user journeys, simplifying interactions, validating with real users — with polished UI execution that ensures visual consistency across our products.

You'll join an international, fast-paced and agile environment where industry knowledge (eMobility, automotive, technical domains) is evolving, so adaptability, structured problem-solving, and clear communication will be key.

Your Tasks

• Map and simplify complex workflows into intuitive user journeys.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design deliverables aligned with product vision.
• Plan and conduct user research (e.g. interviews, usability testing) and synthesise insights.
• Build and maintain prototypes and design consistency in Figma, contributing to our design system.
• Prepare developer-ready specifications and support design-to-development handoff.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders in agile teams.
• Present and communicate design rationale clearly to team and leadership.

Your Profile

• 3 - 5 years of UX/UI design experience (or equivalent project work), with a strong UX focus.
• Skilled in Figma, including working with and contributing to design systems.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and turn insights into actionable design solutions.
• Strong knowledge of visual design fundamentals and attention to UI detail.
• Experience simplifying complex B2B workflows into clear user experiences.
• Collaborative, structured, and proactive work style with good communication skills.
• Interest in eMobility, automotive, or technical industries (or motivation to grow into this space).
