Automation Engineer – Working Student

As an Automation Engineer, you'll help design, build, and maintain automations that streamline our operations and finance processes. This role combines technical build work with discovery sessions - you'll work directly with internal teams to map processes and implement automation solutions that make a real impact.

You will have an impact on:

• Supporting the design and setup of n8n workflows that automate internal processes across operations and finance.
• Helping identify and document process improvement opportunities with different teams.
• Assisting in testing and maintaining automations to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Contributing to projects that make teams more efficient - from automating reports to streamlining approvals.

What you will add to our Crew:

• Curiosity and a strong interest in automation, data, and process optimization.
• Basic hands-on understanding of n8n or similar tools (Make, Zapier, etc.).
• Some experience or coursework in JavaScript or general coding logic.
• A structured and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Good communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
