Social Media & Paid Social Intern

Location: Berlin

Type: 6 months, Part-time Internship (24 hours per week / 3 full days)

About the role

As our Social Media & Paid Social Intern, you will help shape how CoachHub shows up across our global social channels. You will support content creation, campaign planning and community engagement while working closely with our Brand and Paid Media teams.

Your work will help us connect with audiences in meaningful ways and reflect our mission to democratize coaching worldwide at all career levels. This role is designed for someone who is curious, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-moving, people-focused environment.

What you will do

  • Own and manage the social media content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube
  • Support content creation from concept to publish-ready assets
  • Assist with paid social campaigns including planning, execution and performance tracking
  • Monitor social performance and gather insights to help improve content and engagement
  • Help identify trends, formats and storytelling opportunities aligned with our brand
  • Collaborate with internal teams to source stories and amplify product, client and brand moments
  • Monitor key competitors' strategic approach to organic and paid socials

What you bring

  • Eligibility to work in Berlin for the full 6-month internship
  • A strong interest in social media, digital storytelling and brand building
  • Hands-on experience with content creation through studies, internships or personal projects
  • Curiosity and a willingness to experiment with new formats and platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a calendar with accuracy
  • Clear communication and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of German, French, Spanish or Arabic is a plus
