Candidate Profile

Responsibilities:

• Market screening to identify and analyze new business models and investment opportunities
• Support on commercial due diligence and valuation of investment opportunities
• Support with shareholder related topics (e.g. post merger integration or further funding rounds)
• Assist in drafting and preparing investment proposals and other decision templates
• Market research on trends and new investment opportunities

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mind-set to identify business potential
• Passion for investments, innovative business models and digitalization
• Understanding of financial statements and investments
• Excellent proven academic record
• High commitment and self-starter mentality
• Minimum requirement of a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields (e.g. STEM)
• Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

Experience & Key Skills

• Previous work experience (e.g. internships) in investment banking, management/strategy consulting, investment fund (VC, growth equity, private equity) is a plus
• Experience in the insurance or wealth management sector is a plus
• International experience (e.g. stay abroad) is a plus
• Strong social skills and cultural awareness
