As our Project Management intern, you'll be helping us move exciting projects forward in the fast-paced world of EdTech. You'll assist in coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and implementing strategies to push our projects ahead. You'll put your organizational skills to use by working closely with different teams ensuring that everything stays on track. Plus, you'll get a behind-the-scene look at project management, learning how to make sure no task is overlooked and that everything gets done right.

We're looking for someone who thrives on creating clarity out of complexity and can keep track of all the moving pieces of a project. If you take pride in ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently, we'd love to hear from you

Key skills that can be learnt during the internship:

During this internship, you'll gain hands-on experience with key project management skills applied to innovative software solutions in education:  

Project coordination

You'll manage project timelines, track multiple tasks, and ensure smooth progress across teams, projects, and deadlines

AI and digital transformation

You'll explore how AI and emerging technologies are transforming educational environments and how to leverage them to implement innovative methods of teaching and learning

Stakeholder communication

You'll enhance your communication skills by supporting interactions with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient exchange of information

Problem-solving and process improvement

You'll develop your critical thinking and problem-solving abilities as you learn to quickly adapt and address any challenges, and help refine processes to implement solutions that improve project efficiency

Cross-functional team collaboration

You'll work closely with diverse teams, understanding how different departments contribute to a project's success, and learning how to facilitate teamwork to achieve  common goals.

Documentation and reporting

You'll assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations, honing your ability to track progress, identify risks, and communicate update to stakeholders

Time management

You'll improve your time management skills by balancing multiple tasks, juggling with deadlines, and managing competing priorities to ensure successful progress and completion of projects

Qualifications and skills:

This internship is an exciting opportuning to learn, grow, and apply your skills in the fast-paced world of EdTech.

While we understand you are here to develop and build your experience and all the skills below might not be fully refined, we do expect some basic skills and a strong interest in technology. Being tech-savvy is mandatory: proficiency in tools like PPT, Excel, Word is a must.

• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to stay on top of multiple tasks and deadlines
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with a variety of teams and stakeholders
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, and tackle challenges in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Solid time management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and ensure timely task delivery
• Genuine interest in educational technology and digital transformation in the educational sector
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies is a plus
• Enthusiasm to learn about AI and emerging technologies shaping the future of education
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and efficiency
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks while knowing when to reach out for guidance

What We Offer For Interns:

• Salary rate for BSc – 13 eur/hour, MSc – 20 eur/hour
• Internship Duration: from 2 months or more

  • or hybrid
  • or in the office in Bremen (GER), Sofia (BG), Belgrade (SRB), Singapore (SGD)
