This role combines customer success, strategic sales, and relationship management to drive business growth.
You will be responsible for managing your book of business, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and generating revenue through targeted campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:- Reach out to prospects to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and prepare customer-specific value use cases
- Manage a dynamic pipeline and report accurate forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve product adoption
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- 1+ year of outbound sales experience (prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing)
- Understanding of cloud-based solutions and subscription models
- Ability to identify customer needs and drive outcomes across phone, email, and social channels
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with customer and market data
- Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend work
