YOUR CHALLENGES

As a QP, you play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of the pharmaceutical products. You are responsible for the continuous improvement of the quality systems for pharmaceutical products within H.Essers and you function as a contact point to government agencies, in order to guarantee good quality to our customers.

What this means specifically:

  • Ensure compliance with EU GMP regulations and other relevant standards

  • Oversee the quality processes for a site with a MIA for physical importation

  • Manage quality assurance processes, including validation, deviation management, and change control, external supplier management, customer qualification

  • Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve quality systems

  • Provide expert guidance on quality-related matters to internal and external stakeholders

  • Participate in regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring that all needed licenses are acquired, and findings are addressed promptly and effectively

YOUR TALENTS

  • You hold a university degree in pharmacy, medicine, chemistry, biology or a related scientific discipline

  • You have at least five years of experience as a QP

  • Thorough knowledge of GMP and other relevant regulations is a must-have

  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • The ability to work independently and make decisions is very important

  • Experience with importation processes and managing distribution sites with MIA for physical importation is an asset

  • Experience in working with the 'Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte' for license requests is also a plus

  • Finally, you communicate fluently in both English and German
