Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Data Integrity (DI)
  • Prüfung und Genehmigung von Dokumenten zum Thema Data Integrity
  • Erstellung von GAP-Analysen für bestehende Software Systeme
  • Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Arbeitsanweisungen (SOP) zum eigenen Aufgabengebiet
  • Computerized System Validation (CSV)
    • Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Durchführung von Software Validierungen und bei der Erstellung von Risikobewertungen
  • Genehmigung und Erstellung der Qualifizierungsdokumentation für Equipment mit Software (Pläne, Berichte, Assessments u.ä.) von Seiten der Abteilung Quality Assurance
  • Qualittätsseitiger Ansprechpartner für das eigene Aufgabengebiet
  • Unterstützung von Inspektionen durch Überwachungsbehörden/ Notified Bodies, sowie Vertretung des eigenen Aufgabengebietes in Inspektionen
  • Mitarbeit an kontinuierlicher Prozessverbesserung (Qualitätsmanagementprozesse)

Die Aufgaben werden für die Standorte in Berlin und Aubenas (Frankreich) übernommen. Dies beinhaltet eine Reisetätigkeit bei Bedarf.

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender langjähriger Praxiserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie im Bereich DI und CSV sind von Vorteil
  • Hands-on Mentalität
  • Sehr ausgeprägtes prozessanalytisches und qualitätsorientiertes Denken
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, gepaart mit starker Eigenmotivation
  • Sehr gutes Koordinationstalent, sowie eine systematische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, eine hohe Teamorientierung und eine bereichsübergreifende Denkweise
  • Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute PC-Anwendungskenntnisse
