Ackerherz ist die deutsche Expansion vom französischen Scaleup La Fourche. Mit über 130,000 Mitgliedern und 300 Mitarbeitenden ist La Fourche Marktführer im Online Bio-Segment in Frankreich. La Fourche wurde vor über 7 Jahren gegründet, hat eine gesicherte Finanzierung und wächst stetig weiter. Mit Ackerherz wird das Erfolgsmodell nun nach Deutschland gebracht

Um unsere Mitglieder bestmöglich zu begleiten, suchen wir dich als Werkstudent:in im Customer Support (m/w/d)

Du bist die freundliche Stimme (oder das flinke Händchen an der Tastatur), die unseren Mitgliedern weiterhilft – mit Empathie, Struktur und Spaß an gutem Service.

Das erwartet dich
  • Du beantwortest Fragen und löst Anliegen unserer Mitglieder per Mail
  • Du bist die "Voice of the Customer": du sammelst Feedback und gibst es an die richtigen Teams weiter
  • Du bringst dich in kleine Projekte ein – z. B. bei der Verbesserung unserer Support-Prozesse oder beim Aufbau unserer Hilfeseiten
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Customer Support Lead zusammen und bekommst tiefe Einblicke in modernen E-Commerce-Support
  • Du wirst Teil eines herzlichen, engagierten Teams, das füreinander da ist
Requirements
Das bringst du mit
  • Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in und suchst einen spannenden Nebenjob (15–20 h/Woche)
  • Du hast Lust auf Start-up-Vibes und Eigenverantwortung
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig, zuverlässig und hast Freude daran, anderen zu helfen
  • Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (C2) und Englisch fließend (C1)
  • Bonus: erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder mit Ticketing-Tools (z. B. Zendesk)
