About us

MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia in Europe.

Your profile
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Compliance, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulations
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to interact with colleagues and stakeholders at various levels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong proficiency in English and German is a must (both written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
Your tasks
  • Support the European Regional Legal & Compliance team in the execution of legal- and compliance-related projects, as well as in daily tasks.
  • Assist in conducting compliance routine checks to ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulatory requirements including administrative duties.
  • Conduct research on legal and compliance matters to assist in the preparation, implementation, and enhancement of legal- and compliance-related initiatives
  • Help in managing timelines and deadlines for legal- and compliance-related tasks, ensuring timely completion of compliance projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to legal and compliance standards, and assist the team in adapting policies accordingly.
