Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.  What you'll build In this role, you’ll support Customer Success Managers and Client Marketing Managers with daily activities, meeting preparation, research, documentation, and presentation creation You’ll help organize and deliver customer events (e.g., Client Roundtables, User Groups) and manage CRM data to ensure accuracy You’ll assist in post-event and post-campaign follow-up, including lead generation and customer communication You’ll collaborate with the Client Marketing team on customer-facing materials and contribute to cross-functional process-improvement projects What You’ll Deliver: Measurable improvements in data quality through consistent CRM updates and reporting High-quality meeting materials and event documentation Positive customer and stakeholder feedback on events you help execute Improved lead generation and conversion through structured follow-up What you bring We’re looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious.
