The Role
As Head of Partner Success at Lucanet, you will lead the Partner Success function and enable our partner ecosystem to deliver strong customer outcomes. You'll own the partner lifecycle (onboarding, enablement, performance management, and offboarding) and ensure partners meet high delivery standards across Lucanet's CFO Solution Platform. A key priority for 2026 is enabling partners to successfully support customer migrations to our SaaS platform. Contract details: This is a fixed-term position for 12 months.
What you'll do
- Build and execute partner enablement strategies (onboarding, certifications, training, webinars, and delivery documentation).
- Drive partner readiness for SaaS migrations (frameworks, technical training, change management support).
- Set and monitor delivery quality standards; manage escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Own partner satisfaction metrics (e.g., partner NPS) and analyze data to improve adoption and delivery outcomes.
- Lead partner business reviews, assessments, events, and advisory/early adopter programs.
- Lead and develop the Partner Success team; work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Support.
What you bring to the table
- 8–10+ years in partner management/customer success/professional services in B2B SaaS (financial software a plus).
- 3+ years leading teams and strategic partner relationships.
- Experience building scalable enablement programs, delivery frameworks, and implementation methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
