Project Overview:

Intellias is looking for a skilled Delivery Manager with proven experience in the Automotive domain, who will be leading onsite existing teams and will be responsible for the business growth. related to automotive navigation systems. The Delivery Manager should be ready for short business trips across Europe from time to time.

Required skills:

  • 4+ years of project management experience
  • German level C1 or fluent
  • Proven experience with the Automotive domain
  • Experience in managing projects of 30+ people
  • Strong technical background (software engineering or testing) with the ability to deeply understand the scope/priorities and engage in technical discussions with stakeholders and project teams
  • Daily presence in the Intellias delivery location (Ingolstadt)
  • Experience in staffing, project scheduling, risk and change management, effort estimating, software engineering practices, and improving team velocity
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to establish solid working relationships with clients
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated, multitasking, result-oriented a quick thinker-doer;
  • Advanced level of writing and verbal English.
